Irish Born Chinese

Tofu looks like a white block of soft cheese. It's actually made from soy milk. From wikipedia, it describes that it's "made by coagulating soy milk and pressing the resulting curds". It's flavourless. It can be cooked and eaten on its own or compliment other dishes.
