Peninsula Hotels group will take shark fins off their menu

Chinese people, especially in Hong Kong, love their food, although some ingredients such as shark fins are held in high regard used in dishes such as shark fin soup.
Maybe people should make "Poor man's shark fin soup" which is made from mung bean vermicelli more important than shark fin itself. It's also suitable for vegetarians as well. So win-win.
