Atom feed minor update

Just added the following tweaks to the atom feed generator for the IBC forum:
- Shows avatar (if available) in the content section of the post in feed
- Quotes are handled by using blockquotes now (although does not specifiy the user who is quoted, more of as a future improvement in the script)
