I'm a boring sod... when I go home to Limerick, it's family time for me... since I work up in Dublin. And I was in HK last year for xmas and new year.
But I had a LAN party before I came up.. and vodhka jelly and aftershock jellies away! Really lovely stuff.... I made the vodhka ones... boy was it strong!
Plus a few bottles of b33r.. but did not get through the 48 odd bottles of beer I ordered and got delivered from Tescos.
I did not play and LAN games.. just Time Crisis on a teen-weeny tv.. and my trigger finger hurts like hell!
Then back home here... the usual xmas annual dinner at the restaurant.. and 3 bottles of nice indian b33r!
No more wine for me for awhile... had it everyday for a few weeks run up to christmas week in Dublin... really spoilt.. and really... really nice. (I love fizzy red wine from Italy, thanx Mick!) :o

If I watch TV, I am stuck on it for hours.
Won't study either
I try to limit it down.

I do listen to the radio though!!!

Well i did some bits and pieces of study before Xmas

Not too much though as i reasoned my rather poor recall ability wouldn't make it too valuable.

I study best at university where distractions are minimum... i.e no TV / Games... Though i usually find something else to distract me... hey i can't help it if some of the stuff they want us to learn is pure boring, incomprehensible and properly unuseful!

*Sighs* this is going to be the darkest exam period in the entire course... not everything is bad but they seem to want to cram needless amounts of inpractical details down us Comp Sys students' throats! You remember Data Structures & Algorithms don't you Vicky? Was it any nicer in your time?

... and that as they say is the end of that! :)

Phew..... now to see how much of my head i can wreck before the next semester begins

Apart from that.... i need some recovery from the mental scars i'm carrying from Data Structures and Algorithms.. unless you happened to be one of those fortunates who never had to do it... or even better never heard of it period! :P
